Come, let us live worthy of the Gospel of Christ.
God reconciled us to Himself through His Son — and entrusted that same message of reconciliation to us. Mission of Reconciliation International Church exists to reconcile this generation with God: sending missionaries, planting churches, and equipping believers across Ethiopia and beyond.
The Calling

How a missionary reaches an unreached place
It's a simple pattern, repeated village by village — and your support funds every step of it.
Mulugeta Likassa declaring "Jesus is Lord." Flyers weren't permitted where he was serving, so he began wearing the message as a banner instead.
Pray & receive direction
Before anything else, the team prays until a direction from God becomes clear — which region, and why.
Visit & assess
The team visits the region and prayerfully assesses how much of the Gospel, if any, has already reached it.
Train the missionary
Going to a place with nothing is not the same as ordinary ministry, so the missionary is trained first — not simply sent.
Plant from scratch
The missionary starts with nothing and preaches until souls are saved — and people begin offering their own land, homes, or whatever space they have as a place to meet. To this day, the church has never had to buy land to plant a new congregation.
Resource, then release
Once a church is established, resources are sent to build a permanent home for it — and the church is released to stand on its own.
A planted church never sends money back to the head office — that isn't the model we follow. What the head office expects instead is that each church becomes independent and starts sending out missionaries of its own. Reaching every nation isn't possible if churches spend their energy sending funds inward instead of sending people outward. Multiplication, not collection, is the goal.
Four departments, one mission
Everything this ministry does runs through four departments.
Sending Missionaries
Praying for direction, training missionaries, and planting churches that go on to send out missionaries of their own.
Theology College
Training missionaries in Bible knowledge, languages, and culture — with a future college and dormitory planned in Addis Ababa.
Compassion
Schools, adult literacy, and need-based support for students and families, opening ears to the Gospel that would otherwise stay closed.
Counseling & Trauma Care
Personal and marriage counseling, and support for single mothers — healing rooted in the Word of God.
Every missionary needs a sender
Missionaries can't reach unreached areas without someone covering the cost of getting them there and keeping them there.
Your gift pays a missionary's monthly salary, covers transport into rural areas, and funds the materials, gathering space, and follow-up needed to plant a church that lasts.
